Yes! We require a 20% deposit on all rentals and packages

Yes, someone 18 years of age or older must be present upon delivery to discuss location of the tent placement. However, as long as the area is accessible, no one has to be home for the pickup of the equipment. If the pickup team shows up to pick up and cannot access the equipment, there is a trip fee of $100 charged. 

We accept credit card and or debit card for deposits, but you may pay with cash, the remaining portion of the balance due, on or prior to the event date.  Checks may be written only with Graceful Gatherings and Event prior approval.

Graceful Gatherings and Events understands that weather is unpredictable and can cause cancellations. GG&E reserves the right to cancel due to high winds and or storms that could put the setup team and your guests at risk. We are happy to extend your full amount to you in credit for another date of your choice up to 1 year in the future. 

All cancellations (outside of 45 days) will result in a refund, minus your deposit. If a cancellation is within 45 days of the event date, no refund will be given unless the cancellation is by GG&E (outside of weather-related cancellations)
